Rates include accommodations for single or double occupancy. Breakfast, evening refreshments and 24-hour snack area are also included at no additional charge.

Additional guests may stay in rooms that can accommodate them for a charge of $25.00 per night for adults and $20.00 per night for children.

Arrival time is between 3-6 PM unless prior arrangements have been made; check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

Sunset Bay Inn is a non-smoking establishment; smoking is permitted on the verandah and outside areas.

Children must be eight (8) or older.

Two night minimum required on event weekends and during high season. Some special events may require longer minimum.

Cancellations must be made within 14 days of stay; cancellations under 14 days will be refunded (less a $15.00 fee) if room is rebooked.
