Sunset Bay Inn is conveniently located in the prestigious "Old Northeast" district near downtown St. Petersburg on the corner of Bay Street and Sixth Avenue N.E.

From Tampa International Airport, follow signs to I-275 South to St. Petersburg. Take Exit 23A (I-375); stay on I-375 until it ends which will put you on 4th Avenue North. Continue on 4th Avenue until reaching the waterfront. Take a left onto Beach Drive and go two blocks to 6th Avenue N.E. Turn left and go one block. Sunset Bay Inn is on your right. You may park in front of the B&B on in one of the spaces in front of the carriage house. If approaching St. Petersburg from the south (traveling north on I-275, take Exit 23 and follow the same directions.)
